1980's

As demand for housing increases in Lincoln Park, Supera/Zisook partnership transitions from building small apartment buildings to condominium townhome communities. They go on to build hundreds of these townhomes which become instrumental in the neighborhood's transformation into one of nicest places to live in Chicago.
